jh99 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player") and jh99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jh99 platform at jh99.pro, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on jh99.pro from time to time, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must cease use of the jh99 platform immediately and close any account you have registered. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms as of the date on which the amendment is published.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between any translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

To register and maintain an account on jh99 you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the mandatory minimum age for all jh99 account holders without exception.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from jh99 or had an account closed for violation of these Terms.
• You are using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not for professional arbitrage or syndicate betting.
• You are not depositing funds on behalf of another person.

jh99 reserves the right to request identity documentation from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide documentation on request, or submission of fraudulent documents, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

Each player may hold only one registered account on jh99. Registration requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, mobile telephone number, and preferred payment method. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. jh99 accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must provide accurate personal details at the time of registration. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.
• You must not share your account login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must inform jh99 promptly if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation by contacting [email protected].
• You must update your account information promptly if any of your registered details change, particularly your mobile number linked to your payment accounts.

jh99 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason, at its sole discretion. Duplicate accounts, when identified, will both be closed and any balances may be forfeited depending on the circumstances.

All financial transactions at jh99 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or Indian Rupees (INR) depending on the currency selected for your account. The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. These thresholds may be updated at jh99's discretion and the current minimums will be displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your account.
• Accepted payment methods for BDT accounts include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. jh99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment instruments not registered to the account holder.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be approved. Players must submit a valid government-issued photo ID and, where requested, proof of payment method ownership (e.g. a screenshot of the bKash account registered to your mobile number).
• jh99 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal pending further verification checks if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases the player will be informed and given an opportunity to provide clarifying documentation.

jh99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking network congestion, or public holidays. Typical processing times for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket withdrawals are within 24 hours of approval, subject to the Player having completed KYC.

jh99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. A new player is defined as a person who has never previously held a jh99 account. Existing players who close and re-register an account to claim a welcome bonus will have the bonus removed and their account reviewed.
• jh99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions may be subject to time limits, game restrictions, or regional restrictions, all of which will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on the specific games or game categories stated in the promotion terms. Using a bonus on ineligible games may result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being voided.
• Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time. Players may not stack multiple bonuses simultaneously.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, hedging bonus bets across accounts, or using automated software to complete wagering requirements — will be treated as fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity on jh99. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface and form part of these Terms by reference:

• All bets are final once confirmed. jh99 does not accept requests to void, modify, or cancel a confirmed bet except where the underlying event is cancelled or declared void by the relevant sporting authority.
• In the event of a technical fault during a live betting session or casino game round, jh99 will apply the following resolution: if the fault occurs before a bet outcome is determined, the bet will be voided and the stake returned; if the fault occurs after an outcome has been determined by the game server, that outcome stands.
• Maximum bet and maximum payout limits apply per event, per game, and per day. These limits are set by jh99 and by the individual game providers and are displayed within the game interface. jh99 reserves the right to adjust limits at any time.
• jh99 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the odds were incorrectly displayed due to a technical or human error, where the error was material (i.e. where a reasonable player would have recognised the odds as erroneous).

For live cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and Bangladesh Tigers international matches, in-play odds are updated continuously. jh99 is not responsible for connectivity interruptions that prevent a player from placing or modifying a live bet during a fast-moving market window.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jh99. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with casino games in a manner not intended for human play.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event, including chip-dumping in poker-style games or coordinated betting to exploit a bonus.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund a jh99 account.
• Attempting to launder money or process the proceeds of crime through jh99 in any form.
• Opening more than one account on jh99, whether under the same or a different identity, mobile number, payment method, or device.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or mispublished odds to obtain a financial advantage that would not exist under normal operating conditions.

jh99 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the Prohibited Conduct provisions in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested by jh99.
• A player's voluntary request to close their own account, including self-exclusion requests submitted via the Responsible Gaming tools or support team.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that compel jh99 to restrict access to the platform in a given jurisdiction.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance that is not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completed KYC and absence of any outstanding disputes. Balances below ৳200 may not be eligible for return due to minimum transfer thresholds applied by mobile financial service providers.

jh99 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. All players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time reminders, and cooling-off periods via their account settings. Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and 12 months, or a permanent self-exclusion, by contacting the support team at [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period the player's account will be suspended and no deposits will be accepted.

jh99 applies a strict 21+ age requirement without exception. Gambling should always be treated as a form of paid entertainment, not as a means of generating income. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jh99 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to: (a) use of or inability to use the jh99 platform; (b) any transaction or bet placed on the platform; (c) unauthorised access to or alteration of a player's account; or (d) any content available on or through the platform. jh99's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

jh99 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled outages may occur; jh99 will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime but does not guarantee continuous availability.

All content on the jh99 platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and game interfaces, is the property of jh99 or its content and technology suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works based on any jh99 content without prior written permission. The jh99 brand name and logo are trademarks of the platform and may not be used without authorisation.

jh99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When a material change is made, jh99 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify active players via the registered mobile number or in-app notification. The amended Terms will take effect on the date of publication.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. Your continued use of jh99 following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you should cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a player and jh99, the player should first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting the support team at [email protected] with full details of the complaint. jh99 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve the complaint within 14 calendar days. jh99's decision on operational and platform matters is final and binding. jh99 operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to SSL encryption, fair play, and data security for all users.
